Soft and nice looking at first, but doesn't last By Notami I bought this futon cover a year ago and it was very soft and comfy. At first I liked it a lot. Turns out the romance was short-lived. Perhaps it is because we have a dog, but the previous futon cover lasted years before wearing out and this thing looked horrific after only a few months and one wash. Wearing thin in many spots and just didn't hold up at all. I guess if you never or rarely use the futon it might work, but if you actually use the futon or if your dog likes it as a second bed steer clear. Amazon service was prompt as always. Would probably give 2.5 stars if I could as 2 seems a bit harsh but can't say it is worth 3 for the brief time it lasted. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Great futon cover !!! The reason that I am not returning this product is because I would have paid more in shipping costs to receive and reship this item back than the original price of this item. This chair claims to support 250 lbs and has arms on either side but the chair I received supports only 225 lbs and is armless.
