It takes some 'getting used too early, though, when you sit inside, you can not help but sit on the Strait and old. At first you may feel a slight discomfort because of your support has changed and the legs work harder for you first. After this initial period, you will feel good. I recommend that after you sit on the chair, to begin sitting for short periods of time and gradually began sitting for long periods. If you start to feel the discomfort of any kind, get up, walk and then sit. Do not try to sit for hours to the right of departure. Great while it lasts, but the quality is very low. When I built it PickyGuy yoga chair myself and I can tell you that everything is fine and dense, was with four screws in the middle section, but in three months, they have come loose and the chair is now in the process of s collapse, the quality of the material was good, but the design is flawed. The craft was really bad, because many of the bolts are not properly aligned, and so it took much longer than it together on the chair. He also had a couple of notches on, when I get out of the box. I decided to keep him, and he felt good the first 30 minutes but was extremely uncomfortable in the first hour. Its definitely a chair, I have to run with my normal chair. Overall not as comfortable as I thought it would be to read the comments of 36 ....
