Stueven When I started looking for office chairs, I was a bit 'surprised by the price of many chairs. We decided to look on Amazon and was happy to find this chair for the price. It has many features of my chair at work. Assembled with relative ease and is an excellent substitute for the folding chair it replaced. Being so big on a chair, it was difficult to align the holes on the back and the seat with the holes on the arms and hold them in place while attaching the arm to them. Be cheaply made, a few screws to be transmitted to different holes, some holes because some suits, but not others. I suggest you do not affect the plastic screw covers until you are sure the screws are all good! It seemed tight enough until I sat in the chair and shook it - is the arm rest was released, and I had the plastic cover screws to tighten all screws and then take - twice! Make sure the metal plate with the lever for the seat in the right direction, the metal plate reads: "Front" with an arrow. By Jerry on Average chair I got this chair because it was $ 80 for AAFES. It assembled easily with two people. It only took about 15 minutes. I only had 2 problems. One was a piece of plastic was in the arm bolt hole. It was easy with a screwdriver by sticking it moves away. The other was one of the plastic parts used to hide the screws were too bulky and did not fit. Fortunately the package arrived with 9 screw cap and there were only 8 screws, so we had to spend an extra. The chair is very comfortable, but I do not feel as comfortable as a fat leather armchairs. As one of the other reviewers have said, it is not easy to roll on a medium thickness carpet. Rolled my other chair it with no problem. I'm glad 6'1 "and at the highest setting, rest my feet comfortably on the floor with your legs slightly downward.
